Create Greater Understanding in 60 Seconds.

Communication. It’s what makes the world go round. It is also the #1 fly in the ointment when it comes to running an effective business.

In a publication by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), David Grossman reported in The Cost of Poor Communications that a survey of 400 companies with 100,000 employees each cited an average loss per company of $62.4 million per year because of inadequate communication to and between employees. Debra Hamilton asserted, in her article Top Ten Email Blunders that Cost Companies Money, that miscommunication costs even smaller companies of 100 employees an average of $420,000 per year.

60-Second Connection will teach you how to read other people, in under 60 seconds, so you better understand how they think, what is important to them, and how their brain sends and receives information. Learn to read neurological signals that tell you how someone is actually wired to communicate. With this newfound knowledge, you will be more persuasive and get things done better the first time.

At the end of this program, participants will:

– Understand how to read neurological signals from other people to determine how to connect faster and more effectively.

– Understand how people are wired and how they are sending information to others.

– Have a better understanding of why there are communication problems and how to fix them.

– Become more persuasive with all types of people quickly and efficiently.

– Be able to help others change behaviors based on what is important to the other person.

– Have a better understanding of what drives people’s behaviors and how to best impact them.
